SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY

TRACK RULES

🚦 Participation & Risk

  • Ride at your own risk. We may refuse service to anyone who acts unruly or poses a danger.

  • Masks in staging areas are optional, following current government guidance.

  • Anyone believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access.

🎯 Conduct on Track

  • Absolutely no bumping, rubbing, spinning out, or deliberate contact—contact is not racing and will result in expulsion.

  • Drive predictably, stay in your lane, and keep both hands on the wheel at all times. One-handed driving is prohibited.

  • Keep hands and feet inside the kart always, and obey all staff instructions.

  • No phones, cameras, eating, drinking, smoking—or littering—on or near the track. Food and drinks only in designated picnic and spectator areas.

🧢 Safety & Gear

  • Helmets (with our “Cootie Caps” covering hair/ears) and seatbelts are mandatory at all times.

  • Secure loose clothing; tie up shoulder-length hair. Footwear is mandatory.

  • Drivers are financially liable for damage or injury caused by negligence. Tampering with karts is prohibited.

👥 Age, Height & Passenger Rules

  • No toddlers or children under 40″ allowed. Two-seat passengers must exceed 40″; drivers of two-seaters must be at least 16 years old.

  • Adult karts (main track) require a minimum height of 54″.

🛑 Stopping, Pit Protocol & Kart Control

  • No stopping, swerving, or reversing on the track. If stranded, remain seated, raise your hand, and wait for staff assistance—do not exit the kart.

  • At session end, follow the pit flag and enter slowly using the brake (on the left); pump braking is ineffective and can cause collisions.

  • Stay belted and helmeted until staff clears the pit area. After exiting, swiftly move to the designated exit—don’t linger.

  • Return helmets and dispose of caps when your session ends.

🤝 Liability, Personal Items & Tickets

  • Store loose items in your vehicle or our lockers—we’re not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

  • Unvalidated tickets must be authorized before departure—unused tickets are void without confirmation.

⚠️ Enforcement & Consequences

  • Unruly behavior or rule violations will lead to immediate expulsion—no exceptions and no refunds.

  • Our staff are trained and their guidance must be followed to ensure safety for all.

These rules reflect industry-standard guidelines—mandatory helmets, seatbelts, strict non-contact protocols, pit safety, and height/age restrictions—to keep everyone safe and ensure a great experience.
