Our Rules

🚦 Participation & Risk

  • Ride at your own risk. We may refuse service to anyone who acts unruly or poses a danger/threat to others or themselves.

  • Anyone suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access.

  • This activity is NOT recommended for persons who are easily injured, including pregnant individuals and persons with neck or back issues. 

  • Mask policies are in accordance with current government guidelines.

     

 🎯 Conduct on The Track

Absolutely no bumping, rubbing, spinning out, or deliberate contact.

Rubbing is NOT racing and will result in expulsion.

  • Drive predictably, stay in your lane, and keep both hands on the wheel at all times. One-handed driving is prohibited.

  • Keep hands and feet inside the kart always, and obey all staff instructions. 

  • No phones, cameras allowed while racing. 

  • NO eating, drinking, smoking or littering on or near the track.

  • Food and beverages are only permitted in designated picnic and spectator areas. 

  • All trash must be properly disposed.

  • Gas is on the right, brake is on the left.  DO NOT press both at the same time.

  • No stopping, swerving, or going in the opposite direction on the track.

  • If stranded, remain seated, raise your hand, and wait for staff assistance. 

  • DO NOT EXIT KART or undo seatbelt while on the track, UNLESS INSTRUCTED. 

 

🧢 Safety & Gear

  • Helmets are worn with  harinets (cootie caps) covering all hair/ears and seatbelts are mandatory.

  • Secure loose clothing and tie up hair longer than shoulder-length prior to entering pit area.

  • Footwear is required at all times. Flip flops and sandals are permitted, please keep them on your feet. Wearing closed toe shoes is recommended.

  • Protective eyewear must be worn at all times. Safety glasses are available; however, any suitable eye protection is permitted.

  • Tampering with karts is prohibited.

 

👥 Age, Height & Passenger Rules

  • Drivers on the Main Track must be  a minimum height of 54″ - 137.16cm - 4ft 6in (typically10 yrs old)

  • For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children under 40″ tall.  Two-seat passengers must be at least 40″ - 101.6cm - 3ft 4in; drivers of two-seaters must be at least 16 years old.

  • Drivers on the Junior Track must be a minimum height of 40" - 101.6cm  (typically 5 yrs old).

 

🛑 Stopping, Pit Protocol & Kart Control

  • At session end, follow the pit staff instructions and enter the pit slowly, letting go of the gas and slowly applying the brake (on the left); pump braking is ineffective and can cause collisions.

  • Stay belted and helmeted until staff clears the pit area and all the karts are pulled in. After exiting your kart, swiftly move to the designated exit.

  • DO NOT LINGER IN THE PIT!

  • Return helmets  and eyewear, and dispose of hair nets (cootie caps) when your session ends.

 

🤝 Liability, Personal Items & Tickets

  • Store loose and personal items in your vehicle's trunk or use our lockers, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings that fall out of pockets while racing.

  • Watches, loose fitting rings and especially earrings should be avoided.  They fall off, during rides or helmet fittings, and are rarely found.

  • Long chains must be tucked into shirts or removed so they do not snag and break.

  • Keep cellphones off the track, they will likely fall out and get run over..

  • Lockers are available for your convenience to store small items/loose change safely. Each locker includes a wrist key you can take with you.

  • Unvalidated tickets must be authorized before departure.  Unused tickets are void without confirmation. 

 

⚠️ Enforcement & Consequences

  • Unruly behavior or rule violations will lead to immediate expulsion.  NO exceptions and NO refunds. 

  • Drivers are financially liable for damage or injury to others caused by negligence.

  • Our staff are trained and their guidance must be followed to ensure safety for all.

 

These rules reflect industry-standard guidelines. Mandatory helmets, hairnets, eyewear, seatbelts, strict non-contact protocols and rules, pit /grounds safety, and height/age restrictions are in place to keep everyone safe and ensure a great experience. ​
