SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY

TRACK RULES

  • Ride at your own risk.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission TO ANYONE we deem unruly or may cause issues.

  • Masks will be optional in staging areas, in accordance to government restrictions.

  • Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and result in your expulsion from the track.

  • If you are suspected under the influence of an intoxicating substance, you will not be allowed access to the track area.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep losable items in your car or our lockers!

  • No littering is allowed in facility.

  • No eating, drinking or smoking in or around track beyond the picnic and spectating areas.

  • Food and drink are only permitted in the picnic and spectator areas which are outside the fenced areas.

  • Passengers in 2 seat karts must be over 40 inches, as well as to drive on junior track.

  • Drivers must be at least 54" to drive an adult go-kart on the Main Track.

  • Drivers must be at least 16 yrs old to drive a 2 seat kart.

  • Footwear is mandatory to drive.

  • Loose clothing must be secured before entering track area.

  • Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up so as not to come loose during your ride.

  • Provided helmets must be secure and worn  with our "Cootie Caps" over all hair and ears.

  • Only one person is allowed in single seat kart.

  • Listen to attendants'/operators'/staff instructions.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

  • Keep hands and feet inside the kart at all times.

  • Keep both hands on the steering wheel at all times.  No 1 handed driving1

  • No phones or cameras allowed while driving. 

  • The brake is on the left, the gas is on the right.  Do not press both at the same time.

  • Tampering with kart is strictly prohibited.

  • You will be held accountable for any damages or injuries caused by your negligence.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO BUMPING, RUBBING OR UNRULY DRIVING PERMITTED.

  • Do not make contact with any object or person.

  • Do not make contact with another kart.

  • Do not cause another kart to lose control.

  • Do not swerve or stop on the track.

  • Keep control of your kart and keep it on the track during your ride.

  • If you get stuck on the track, raise your hand and wait for our staff to assist you.

  • Always remain seated with your seatbelt secured until instructed by staff.

  • Always exit the pit area immediately after staff instructs you it is safe to exit.

  • All helmets are to be returned and caps disposed of at the end of your ride.

  • Tickets must be authorized before leaving our facility or they will not be accepted on return visits.
