Outdoor Activity Crew Member

Essential Job Conditions
 

This is a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment where guests expect to get the full value of the ride time they’ve paid for. Team members must be able to run the full length of the track quickly to respond to guests and ensure their safety. The role also requires working outdoors for the majority of each shift, with exposure to sun, heat, wind, and other weather conditions. These conditions are inherent to the nature of the activity and cannot be modified.

Professional Qualities
•     You must be dependable, honest, hardworking, and self‑motivated
•     You must demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
•     You must be courteous, professional, and consistently presentable with proper attire
•     You must interact and work well with others, contributing positively to the team


Physical & Environmental Requirements
•     You must be athletic enough to run distances when required
•     You must enjoy working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
•     You must be comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where quick response times are essential

Guest Experience & Safety
•     You must always prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests
•     You must communicate respectfully and ensure guests feel valued
•     You must help guests efficiently so they receive the full experience they paid for
•     You must be available to assist wherever needed
•     You must follow all rules, guidelines, and operational standards


Availability & Logistics​

•     Our operation runs primarily on weekends for 4 out of the 6 months of our season, so weekend availability is required
•     Holiday availability is also essential, as these are peak days for guest attendance

Please Note: Because our season is short and extremely busy, we cannot approve vacation or personal days during the operating season. Time off must be taken before or after the season, except for legally protected ESA leaves.
